About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 0.6–3 years of experience to manage and support our digital marketing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for social media management, content planning, property marketing, digital campaigns, audience engagement, and performance tracking. The role requires someone who can independently handle day-to-day digital marketing activities and coordinate with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate property-focused social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, property descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Manage and maintain Zorba Estates' social media pages.
- Coordinate with the property and sales teams to collect accurate property information.
- Support lead generation campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and audience engagement.
- Research real estate trends, competitors, market activities, and content ideas.
- Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate campaign schedules.
- Track social media and campaign performance using basic reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams for marketing requirements.




- Assist in running and monitoring Meta campaigns when required.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and digital marketing practices.
- Handle other digital marketing activities assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

- 0.6–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or a related role.
- Any Degree.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in creating or coordinating social media content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to write clear and engaging captions and promotional content.
- Creative thinking and interest in content creation.
- Basic understanding of social media insights and performance metrics.
- Good coordination, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
- Experience in real estate or other service-based industries is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Performance Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on assigned targets, campaign performance, and individual contribution, as per company policy.
