Job Summary
We are looking for an Injection Moulding Machine Operator to operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production of quality components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection moulding machines.
- Ensure production as per required quantity and quality standards.
- Monitor machine parameters and cycle times.
- Check components for defects and maintain product quality.
- Carry out basic machine and process adjustments when required.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished components.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Report machine, mould, material or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Support mould change and machine setup activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S around the machine and production area.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production,
Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams.
- Ensure proper segregation of rejected and approved components.
Requirements
- 1–2 years or more of experience in plastic injection moulding preferred.
- Experience operating injection moulding machines.
- Basic knowledge of injection moulding processes and common defects.
- Ability to follow process instructions and maintain quality.
- Valuable discipline and safety awareness.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PP, ABS, PC, PC-ABS and other plastic materials will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, disciplined and quality-conscious, with the ability to work as part of a production team.
Experience in automotive or electronics plastic component manufacturing will be preferred.
Overtime will be provided as applicable.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
