We are looking for an experienced Civil Billing Engineer for an industrial/EPC construction project in Bharuch, Gujarat.
The candidate will be responsible for civil quantity management, billing, BOQ preparation and verification, quantity take-offs, contractor/subcontractor billing, RA bills, final bills, quantity reconciliation and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and manage BOQs and quantity take-offs for civil works.
- Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare, certify and verify RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Carry out quantity reconciliation and monitor project costs.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Verify executed quantities against drawings and site measurements.
- Coordinate with client, site, engineering and project teams regarding billing and quantities.
- Maintain proper billing records, measurements and supporting documentation.
- Prepare billing-related reports and project documentation.
- Monitor quantities, measurements and variations during project execution.
- Support resolution of billing and quantity-related issues with contractors and project teams.
- Ensure billing documentation is accurate and submitted within project timelines.
- Work in coordination with site and project teams on industrial/EPC construction activities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in civil billing and quantity management.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor billing.
- Experience in RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Good understanding of site measurements and quantity reconciliation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in industrial, EPC or construction projects is preferred.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
