Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Generate leads and sales opportunities through telephone calls.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
- Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings when required.
- Update customer information in CRM/software or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales or customer-service team for further action.
- Maintain professional communication and positive customer relationships.
- Follow company scripts, policies, and communication standards.
- Prepare or submit regular call and sales reports to the supervisor.

Pay: ₹8,667.24 - ₹12,000.00 per month
