At Lighthouse Communities Foundation, we're looking for an enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to work with young adults from underserved communities, helping them build the confidence and communication skills they need for higher education, employment, and career success.

We are hiring for our centres at LB Nagar and Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

About the Role
You'll facilitate interactive Spoken English sessions for batches of approximately 25–30 learners, assess progress, provide individual feedback, and mentor students throughout their learning journey. This role goes beyond grammar and vocabulary — it's about helping young people find their voice and prepare for the world of work.

What You'll Do

- Conduct interactive, curriculum-based Spoken English sessions that build learners' speaking, listening, and communication confidence
- Prepare lesson plans and adapt facilitation style to learner needs and classroom dynamics
- Assess learner progress through evaluations and classroom participation; provide individual coaching and feedback
- Mentor and motivate learners, especially those hesitant to participate, to help them stay engaged and complete the program
- Maintain accurate attendance, progress tracking,



and training documentation; share regular updates with the Master Trainer
- Collaborate with the Master Trainer and centre team, contributing to training quality and centre culture

What We're Looking For

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in teaching, training, facilitation, Spoken English, or communication skills (experience with young adults or diverse learner groups is a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English; ability to communicate effectively in Telugu
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills; comfortable managing batches of 25–30 learners
- Basic digital literacy, with comfort using digital tools for documentation and reporting
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in mentoring and youth development
