Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented City Head to lead and manage all aspects of our operations within a specific city. The City Head will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving financial targets, overseeing local operations, and building a high-performing team. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. The successful candidate will be the face of the company in the city, ensuring operational excellence, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive city-specific business strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets and market penetration.
- Manage the city's Profit & Loss (P&L;) statement, ensuring financial health, optimizing revenue streams, and controlling operational costs to meet profitability goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all operational aspects within the city, including logistics,



customer service, sales, and marketing, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence and market share in the city.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, partners, customers, and the community.
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to regional and national leadership.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
