Profile: Social Media Manager

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the textile, fashion, lifestyle, or similar industry. Roles:

Manage and grow the company’s Facebook and Instagram presence. Manage WhatsApp Business for customer communication and marketing. Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars. Create and coordinate content including posts, reels, stories, product showcases, and promotional content. Develop engaging content aligned with the brand and textile/fabric products. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams for content creation. Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and audience engagement. Generate leads and customer enquiries through social media and WhatsApp. Track social media performance and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, formats, and competitor activities. Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field.
