Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) - Technical

Location: Mahadevpura and Electronic city, Bengaluru

AFM Job Responsibilities:

- Support the Facility Manager in daily facility operations.
- Supervise maintenance activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare reports and maintain facility records.
- Handle client requirements and resolve facility-related issues.

Requirements:
4-5 years of Electrical facility management experience
Knowledge of Electrical Systems, HVAC, DG, UPS, and Fire Safety
Good communication and team management skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
