We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic. The Floor Manager will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient clinic operations, and the smooth coordination between clinical staff, clients, and management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in a high-end aesthetic setting.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Experience & Service Delivery:

- Oversee the client experience from arrival to departure, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all clinic protocols and hygiene standards are maintained to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for clients.
- Assist in the coordination of appointments and consultations, ensuring minimal wait times.
- Liaise between clients and aesthetic practitioners to ensure treatments and services are delivered efficiently.

2. Staff Supervision & Coordination:

- Lead and motivate front-line staff, including receptionists, aestheticians, and therapists.
- Ensure all staff are trained and up to date on clinic procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and assist in staff development, including organizing training and workshops.
- Schedule and supervise daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all shifts.

3. Operational Management:

- Ensure that the clinic's daily operations, including client bookings, inventory management, and cleanliness, are carried out efficiently.
- Oversee the clinic’s inventory of products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring it is stocked and maintained.
- Maintain the clinic’s cleanliness and tidiness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with managing patient flow, making sure all treatments run on schedule and clients are served promptly.





4. Quality Control & Compliance:

- Monitor service quality and client feedback, implementing any corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that all safety and compliance regulations related to aesthetic treatments, equipment, and hygiene are followed.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain and improve clinic standards.
- Collaborate with the clinic manager/owner to ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry best practices.

5. Financial & Administrative Duties:

- Assist in handling cash registers and processing payments, including managing billing and invoicing procedures.
- Monitor clinic budgets and assist in achieving financial goals, including managing costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Prepare reports on clinic performance, including customer feedback, inventory usage, and staff efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Clinic Manager, or in a similar role within the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
- Robust leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and clinic protocols (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, appointment scheduling software, POS systems).

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in managing a team in a beauty, spa, or healthcare setting.
- Understanding of aesthetic treatments, equipment, and customer care standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
