Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Marketing Executive who can independently handle marketing and business development activities across Sinnar Taluka as well as different locations throughout Maharashtra.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, developing market networks, promoting company products/services and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle marketing and business development activities in Sinnar Taluka and across Maharashtra.
- Identify new markets, customers, dealers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, calling and local market activities.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market surveys and collect information about customer requirements, competitors and market trends.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/operations team for smooth execution and customer servicing.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, events and other marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and business partners across Maharashtra.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation,



customer acquisition and business targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of visits, leads, follow-ups and business opportunities.
- Travel extensively within Maharashtra as required for business development.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma / equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Field Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Good communication, presentation, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Robust customer relationship management skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive field travel across Maharashtra.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and reporting.
- Marathi and Hindi communication required; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be ready to travel throughout Maharashtra, have strong field presence, good local networking ability and the confidence to independently develop new markets and customers.

Sinnar Taluka experience / Nashik district market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
