Native Tripura Speakers – Paid Voice Recording Project

We are looking for native speakers from Tripura for a simple and flexible paid voice recording project supporting AI and language data collection.
Locations
Participants must currently reside in one of the following locations:

- Jirania
- Mohanpur
- Kalyanpur
- Khowai
- Mungiakami
- Padmabil
- Teliamura
- Tulashikhar
- Bishalgarh
- Boxanagar
- Charilam
- Jampuijala
- Kathalia
- Mohanbhog
- Nalchar

Requirements

- Native speaker of the respective language/dialect
- Must currently reside in one of the above-mentioned locations
- Smartphone/mobile phone
- Able to follow recording instructions
- Clear and natural speech

Recording Requirements
Read Speech

- 600 sentences per participant (150 × 4)
- Individual audio clips: 5–12 seconds
- Participants will read provided sentences or speak on assigned topics

Conversational Speech

- 2 speakers per conversation
- 2 hours per pair
- Natural conversation based on topics provided on the platform
- Each conversation: 10–12 minutes

General Requirements

- Native speakers of the respective language/dialect




- Transcription must follow the specified script and project guidelines
- Quality checks and QA will be conducted as per project requirements

Audio Rejection Criteria
Submissions may be rejected for:

- Incorrect or mixed accent/dialect
- Non-native or geographically mismatched speakers
- Excessive background noise or secondary voices
- Multiple speakers in a single-speaker recording
- Animal sounds or other audio disturbances
- Missing, skipped, added, or modified words
- Recording not matching the provided script
- Cut-off or incomplete sentences
- Corrupted or interrupted recordings
- Unnatural, robotic, word-by-word, or forced speech
- Long pauses or irregular speaking speed
- Any other non-compliance with the project requirements
