Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with team members to plan and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales,



purchases, and expenses.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum educational qualification Degree.
- Proven experience in retail store management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
