Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate communication, salary discussions, and offer coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
2. HR Operations
- Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and employee databases.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, experience, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, leave, late marks, and regularization.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Finance/Payroll team.
- Support resolution of employee payroll and attendance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
4. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Handle routine employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Support employee communication and workplace engagement initiatives.
- Assist in employee retention and employee experience activities.
5. Performance & Exit Management
- Coordinate probation confirmation and performance review processes.
- Maintain performance-related records and follow up with reporting managers.
- Manage resignation and exit formalities.
- Coordinate exit interviews, clearance, Full & Final documentation, and relieving/experience letters.
6. Compliance & HR MIS
- Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation and records.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee movements.
- Maintain HRMS data and ensure timely updates.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Robust understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with any HRMS/HRIS will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
