Your responsibilities

- Execute project contracts in line with Civil & Structural engineering requirements while ensuring achievement of overall project objectives.
- Utilize project engineering software, design tools and applicable engineering systems effectively during project execution.
- Support project delivery by maintaining cost and schedule control in accordance with project and contractual requirements.
- Ensure quality compliance by adhering to established QA procedures and work processes at the office, vendor facilities and client sites.
- Drive man-hour efficiency through proactive planning, timely information sharing, minimizing rework and delivering accurate, error-free engineering documents.
- Contribute to the successful execution of both Indian and global projects while meeting technical, quality and schedule expectations.
- Participate in the training,



development, mentoring, and empowerment of less-experienced engineers to strengthen team capability and performance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Promote continuous improvement, engineering excellence and adherence to company standards, procedures and safety requirements

Your profile

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (B.E.) or equivalent qualification.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in project-based engineering within an EPC/EPCM environment, preferably in chemical, process or industrial plant projects.
- Experience in Green Hydrogen and Chlor-Alkali projects through a reputed engineering organization will be considered a solid advantage.
- Extensive hands-on experience in the use of Civil & Structural engineering software, analysis and design tools and international/domestic design codes and standards with proven capability in delivering engineering solutions for multidisciplinary projects across global and local markets.
- Demonstrated capability in technical leadership and/or discipline management, including leading engineering teams in a multicultural and global environment.




- Excellent organizational, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sound understanding of engineering execution workflows, project delivery processes and quality requirements in customer projects.
- Structured and solution-oriented professional with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and accountability.
- Proven ability to take initiative, make informed decisions, empower team members and work effectively within collaborative teams.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- High level of intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively with global teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project and business needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
