Job title : UI/UX Designer

Reporting to : Lead Engineer – Software Development

Salary : Industry par CTC

Hours : Full time

Location : Hebbal office, Bangalore.

Travel : Occasional National and International travel required

Purpose of the position

We are in search of an enthusiastic Graphic UI UX Designer who can craft

captivating designs in alignment with specific needs and provide UI UX assistance to

our development teams. In this role, he/she need to be highly creative and have a

sharp eye for visual detail. You will be actively involved in the design, UI and UX of the

development of software products and software applications, have contact with

development teams, the sales marketing team.

Experience and Skills:

– 3+ years of relevant work experience.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative

Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.

– Strong understanding of design systems, usercentered design principles, and

methodologies, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

– Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools to create interactive mockups

and highfidelity prototypes.

– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory for all UI/UX roles but

beneficial for collaboration with developers).

User Research and Testing:

– Experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and

validate design decisions.





– Ability to analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve designs.

– Proficiency in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and storyboards.

Collaboration and Communication:

– Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts

to stakeholders, clients, and team members.

– Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including product

managers, developers, and marketing teams.

– Experience in a collaborative work setting using Agile or Scrum

methodologies is a plus.

Attention to Detail:

– Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixelperfect

designs.

– Ability to ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand

guidelines.

Academic & trades qualifications
UG – Any Graduate(B.E./B.Tech preferred)
