Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders across multiple countries to understand processes, pain points, rollout requirements and enhancement needs.

Elicit, analyze, document and validate business requirements; translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

Facilitate requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, defect triage sessions, UAT reviews and business validation meetings.

Own defects end to end, from logging and impact clarification through developer coordination, testing, business validation and formal closure.

Coordinate closely with developers and testers to clarify requirements, prioritize work, resolve blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

Proactively reach out to business users for clarifications, decisions, test evidence and sign-offs, without waiting for follow-ups from project leadership.

Support UAT planning and execution, including test readiness, defect tracking, retesting, closure evidence and business sign-off.

Maintain requirements, defects, enhancements, actions, decisions, risks and dependencies in agreed project tools and trackers.

Prepare and circulate accurate daily and weekly status reports covering progress, priorities, defects, risks, dependencies and upcoming activities.

Coordinate stand-ups,



working sessions and project checkpoints; document meeting minutes, owners and due dates, and drive actions to closure.

Support release and deployment readiness activities, including open-item reviews, business communication and post-release follow-up.

Demonstrate accountability for assigned workstreams and escalate risks or delays early with explicit impact and recommended actions.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on implementation, rollout, enhancement or support engagements.

Good functional understanding of Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.

Experience coordinating stakeholders across countries, business functions and time zones in a global delivery environment.

Hands-on experience in requirements management, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT coordination and defect lifecycle management.

Strong written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or equivalent platforms.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
