Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding complaints, requests, orders, or services.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.
- Provide customers with relevant information about products/services.
- Maintain a professional and polite communication style at all times.
- Achieve assigned customer service and response-time targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior team member.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and other digital tools.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, customer service, BPO, or telesales will be an advantage.

Salary
