At Lighthouse Communities Foundation, we're looking for an Office Executive Trainer who combines strong technical skills with excellent facilitation and mentoring ability — teaching practical office and digital skills while helping learners build the confidence and workplace readiness to move towards sustainable livelihoods.

About the Role
As an Office Executive Trainer, you'll deliver the Office Executive training program at your centre — helping learners move from learning the tools, to building confidence, to becoming interview- and work-ready.

What You'll Do

- Teach Practical Office & Digital Skills: Deliver hands-on training in Office Executive modules, using real-world examples and activities; adapt your approach to different learner levels
- Build the Learning Experience: Develop and update lesson plans and practical exercises; track learner understanding and create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions
- Coach & Mentor Beyond Technical Skills: Support learners in developing communication, workplace behaviour, interview skills, and professional confidence — providing one-on-one guidance to those who need extra support
- Track Progress & Flag Concerns:



Maintain attendance and progress records; identify engagement or performance concerns early and share with the Centre Head and skilling team
- Support Centre Operations: Complete administrative tasks as assigned and contribute to a positive, collaborative centre environment

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or facilitation; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant industry experience looking to transition into training are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in data analytics training is a plus
- Robust MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF/AND/OR, and Data Validation
- Comfortable with Google Classroom, Google Drive, MS Office, and online learning platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills
- Patient, empathetic, and student-centric, with a genuine interest in mentoring young people and taking ownership of learner outcomes
