Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this entry-level position, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records and help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Recruiter, your core duties will include:

· Support the recruitment team with end-to-end hiring activities for assigned roles.

· Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, qualified networks, referrals, and headhunting/direct sourcing techniques.

· Conduct active headhunting and talent mapping to identify and approach suitable candidates for critical and niche positions.

· Post and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process,



providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

· Assist with reference checks, background verification, offer coordination, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.

· Participate in employer branding activities, career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

· Prior experience in hiring for the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

· Experience in recruiting for sales, manufacturing industry, jewellery industry, or FMCG roles will be preferred

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or people-focused roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is a plus.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
