Role Summary

Independently analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, lead configuration and development, and engage customers and delivery teams. Facilitate workshops; design secure, supportable integrations; estimate stories; review development; resolve complex defects; demonstrate solutions; support releases; mentor junior professionals; and advise stakeholders on options, risks, limitations, and best practices.

MODULE-SPECIFIC OPPORTUNITIES

HRSD

Lead HR Case/Knowledge, HR services, Shared Services, Employee Service Center/HR Hub, portals, chat, analytics, scripting, security, and integrations with SuccessFactors or other HR platforms.

ITOM/CMDB

Design Discovery, Service Mapping, CI lifecycle, CSDM-aligned models, data-source onboarding, reconciliation, quality controls, governance, and complex troubleshooting.

SecOps

Implement SIR, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance; integrate SIEM tools, vulnerability scanners, CMDB/Discovery, and external systems.

GRC

Implement Policy and Compliance,



Risk, Vendor Risk, assessments, engagements, scoring, issues, indicators, entities, Workbench, scoped security, portals, reporting, and integrations.

ITAM: HAM/SAM

Design HAM/SAM solutions across data-center and end-user environments; lead Active Directory/discovery integrations, workshops, story estimates, quality reviews, and issue resolution.

CSM

Design accounts, consumers, products, assets, sold products, install bases, cases, custom applications, scripting, enterprise integrations, prototypes, demos, and quality reviews.

REQUIRED / EXPECTED

 Robust hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, and integration experience

 Ability to lead customer discussions and independently troubleshoot

 Agile delivery, estimation, testing, documentation, and production support

 Depth in at least one listed module; cross-module exposure is advantageous, not mandatory

 Advanced Administration and ITIL knowledge

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
