About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design and be comfortable working closely with product, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs accurately.
- Analyze user feedback and improve existing designs based on usability and business requirements.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and product functionality.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual design.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma is required.




- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Positive knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product and development teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing SaaS, EdTech, e-commerce, or other web/mobile products.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented by developers.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, FigJam, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
