Job Title- Account Executive/ Micro Finance Executive Trainer

Job Summary-

- Responsible for delivers training program of MFE (Micro Finance Executive)/ Account Executive aligned with NSDC Curriculum to trainees under the training. Focusing on micro loan products, operational procedures, compliance and Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities-

- Facilitate the practical and theory sessions related to MFE training aligned with NSDC course curriculum
- Regular access and evaluate the performance of the trainees under the training
- Maintain relationship with different stakeholders for trade enhancement and exposure of the trainees under the training.
- MIS updates and managing record of training,





Competencies-

· Training Completion and placement rates

· Trainees satisfaction and engagement

· Assessment scores and Attendance

Preferred Qualification-

Diploma/Graduate/Post-Graduate in commerce or other relevant degree

Experience-

Minimum 2 years of experience in Similar role of Skill Development Trainings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
