JOB DESCRIPTION -Tamil Language Caller / Telecaller

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Caller who can communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, generate enquiries/leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers in Tamil language.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic product/service information.
- Generate leads and enquiries through telephone calls.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Update customer information in ERP/CRM/Google Sheet.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly calling reports.

Required Skills

- Fluent Tamil speaking is mandatory.
- Basic Hindi communication preferred.




- Basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets/ERP.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Telecalling, customer support or sales experience will be an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales.

Salary

₹10,000 per month + Performance-based Incentive
