Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Position: Hostess / Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Hostess / GRE to join our restaurant team in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation.
- Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Manage reservations and guest bookings.
- Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.

Requirements





- Prior experience as a Hostess / GRE / Guest Relations Executive in a premium restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of SevenRooms reservation platform is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and professional personality.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality experience are preferred.
