- Execute and supervise HVAC works including ducting, AHUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate installation of HVAC equipment, ducting, insulation, piping and associated accessories.
- Review HVAC drawings and coordinate with design and project teams.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning and balancing of HVAC systems.
- Supervise plumbing, drainage, water supply and related piping works.
- Coordinate firefighting piping, pumps, hydrants, sprinkler and fire alarm-related works.
- Check installation as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and manpower deployment.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure execution according to approved drawings,



specifications and project schedules.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for timely resolution.
- Check material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
