We are looking for a polite, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist for our dental clinic. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and should have good communication and basic administrative skills.

Shift Timings (Split Shift)

Morning: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

(Total working hours: approx. 7 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities

Greeting patients and handling front desk duties

Managing appointments and patient records

Answering phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries

Billing coordination and basic cash handling





Maintaining a clean and professional reception area

Requirements

Minimum 12th pass

Basic computer knowledge (phone, WhatsApp, simple billing)

Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

Prior clinic/hospital experience preferred but not mandatory
