Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in sales and business development.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned communication channels.

· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

· Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs.

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

· Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Accurately record customer interactions and required information.

· Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

· Work effectively as part of a team and meet individual performance expectations.

Candidate Profile

For Experienced Candidates:

· Experience in sales, customer service, or an International BPO environment is preferred.

· Candidates with experience in upselling/cross-selling will be preferred.





· Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

· Ability to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into sales.

For Freshers:

· Fresh graduates or candidates with 10+2 qualification can apply.

· Strong verbal communication skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Strong interest in customer service and sales.

· Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Educational Qualification

· Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above, from a recognized institution.

· Candidates from any educational stream can apply.

Salary

· Freshers: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA CTC

· Experienced Candidates: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA CTC

· Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
