About the Role
A reputed CBSE-affiliated school is looking for an experienced and dedicated Coordinator to oversee academic operations for Classes VI to VIII. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising teaching staff, ensuring curriculum implementation, maintaining academic standards, and supporting the overall development of students in the middle school section.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise academic activities for Classes VI to VIII
- Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality, and curriculum delivery
- Support and mentor teachers to ensure effective classroom management
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and school management on student progress




- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies
- Assist in organising school events, exams, and academic assessments
- Handle day-to-day administrative coordination for the assigned classes

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a coordinator or senior teaching role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
