Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail Inventory Management Consultant with strong SAP Retail/Fashion expertise to support end-to-end inventory management and store operations. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting S/4HANA Retail Inventory Management processes and integrations across store, warehouse, finance, and omnichannel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support S/4HANA Retail Inventory Management and in-store inventory processes.

Support Store Operations, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, returns, damaged stock, and shrinkage.

Manage Store Physical Inventory processes, including inventory counting, cycle counting, recounts, differences, and adjustment postings.

Support inventory processes for Generic Articles/Variants and Structured Articles, including pre-packs, sales sets/displays, and related component-level inventory impacts.

Configure and support Stock Transport Orders (STO), Stock in Transit, store-to-store, and DC-to-store movements,



including applicable movement types and stock categories.

Perform inventory reconciliation and troubleshooting across POS, SAP CAR, and S/4HANA, including resolution of failed or delayed transactions and stock discrepancies.

Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration with Article/Site Master, Procurement, EWM/Warehouse Management, Finance, and Omnichannel processes.

Support testing, defect resolution, cutover, and implementation activities as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 7 years of SAP Retail/Fashion experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail Inventory Management.

Strong knowledge of In-Store Inventory Management and Store Operations.

Hands-on experience with physical inventory and inventory reconciliation.

Strong understanding of Generic Articles, Variants, and Structured Articles.

Experience with STO, Stock in Transit, and store/DC inventory movements.

Experience troubleshooting inventory integration across POS, SAP CAR, and S/4HANA.

Solid understanding of integration with Procurement, EWM/WM, Finance, Article/Site Master, and Omnichannel processes.

Minimum 2 SAP Retail implementation experiences.

Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across business, functional, and technical teams.

Pay: ₹569,906.80 - ₹2,119,127.65 per year
