Job Summary

Suryabala Motors is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer communication, invoicing, insurance coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate vehicle invoicing and ensure required documents are complete.
- Prepare and verify invoice-related documents and customer details.
- Coordinate with customers and insurance companies for new policies and renewals.
- Follow up for insurance quotations, payments, policy issuance, and documentation.
- Maintain customer, invoice, and insurance records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, RTO, and Insurance teams.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate CRM/DMS updates.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.




- Support customer retention and repeat business activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile dealership, customer relationship, invoicing, or insurance preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle invoicing and motor insurance.
- Good computer, MS Office, and documentation skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination ability.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
