Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and process-driven Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations. The role involves managing end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound, inventory, outbound, manpower, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth execution, high service levels, and strict adherence to SOPs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including inward, GRN, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and support periodic stock audits.
- Monitor SLA adherence, productivity, and on-ground manpower performance.
- Coordinate with vendors for transport, packaging, security, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper documentation and system entries for all warehouse transactions.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize space, cost, and time.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and audit standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as client account managers, tech,



and procurement for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational MIS and share performance insights with the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain or Logistics preferred. PG/Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or 3PL operations.
- Strong understanding of WMS, inventory control, and dispatch planning.
- Experience in managing ground staff and coordinating with external vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operations reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, team-handling, and execution skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at the warehouse and manage shift-based operations, if required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
