Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Engineer responsible for managing day-to-day shop-floor production, manpower, quality, tooling, and production planning. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing processes, preferably Railway Parts.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawing Reading.
- Knowledge of FRP / Fibre Glass / Molding processes.
- Handle compression molding and lay-up processes.
- Good understanding of measuring instruments,operate and interpret measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Steel Scale, etc
- Shop Floor Management skills.
- Manpower/Labour Handling and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Production Planning & Manpower Planning.




- Understanding of Quality Systems and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.
- Basic knowledge of Tool & Die Maintenance.
- ERP knowledge and basic computer skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Experience in Railway Parts manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical experience in FRP/Fibre Glass/Bakelite molding will be an advantage.

Salary : 20,000 - 30,000 /-pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
