Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Close offers and complete onboarding documentation
- Maintain hiring trackers/MIS (positions closed, TAT, dropout rate)
- Organize walk-in drives for mass hiring
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Comfortable working under targets/deadlines
- Positive MS Excel skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
