We are looking for an experienced and passionate Roastery Head to take technical ownership of our coffee roasting operations and help build scalable systems for quality, production, and business growth.

Responsibility:

· Roasting Operations & Quality Control

· Sourcing & Procurement

· Technical Authority on the Coffee Program

· B2B & Premium Account Stewardship

· Financial Ownership

· Training & Craft Standards

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in specialty coffee roasting/production
- Solid expertise in cupping & quality control
- Experience in green coffee sourcing
- Proven experience in B2B account management & business development
- Ability to take technical ownership and build systems that scale
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee, roasting profiles, consistency, and quality standards

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
