About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Analyst with at least 2 years of experience who can understand clients' legal concerns, communicate legal solutions clearly, build trust with potential clients, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication, convincing, client-handling, and legal understanding skills, with a strong focus on lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outbound leads through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' legal problems and requirements.
- Explain relevant legal services and solutions to clients in simple and understandable legal terms.
- Build confidence and trust with prospective clients.
- Counsel and convince clients regarding suitable legal service packages.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until conversion.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients/subscribers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the legal and operations team when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate information within the scope of the company's legal services.




- Ensure a professional and positive client experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in legal consulting, legal sales, legal services, client counselling, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of basic legal concepts and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain legal matters in a simple and client-friendly manner.
- Strong telephone and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
