- Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Check quality and quantity as per specifications.
- Update inward entries in ERP and maintain GRN records.
- Coordinate with QC for inspection and clearance.
- Ensure proper storage and tagging of materials.
- Maintain proper item identification and shelf numbering in ERP and physically for traceability.
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy (physical vs system).
- Strictly maintain 5S standards.
- Issue materials to production as per BOM and work orders.
- Prepare outward slips and update ERP records.
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist in cycle counts.
- Coordinate with dispatch team for finished goods movement.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with store procedures.
- Maintain proper material storage, tagging, and item identification.
- Maintain shelf numbering in ERP and physically for traceability.
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy (physical vs system).
