Job Title: CRO cum Accountant
Location: Calicut

Job Summary

Medcity International Academy is looking for a CRO cum Accountant to handle customer relations, student support, admission-related activities, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from students and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and support the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and ensure proper customer support.
- Handle fee collection, receipts, payment entries, and daily cash/bank transactions.
- Maintain records of student fees, outstanding payments, and other transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts/finance team regarding payments and reconciliations.
- Follow up with students regarding pending fees and payments.
- Maintain student, customer, and financial records accurately.




- Coordinate with trainers, management, and other departments for smooth branch operations.
- Handle basic administrative activities related to the branch.

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in accounting, customer relations, or the education sector is an added advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.
- Good numerical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and good follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
