Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers using provided databases and scripts.
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, qualify leads, and pass promising opportunities to the sales team.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer incoming questions about product features, pricing, and services.
- Follow-Up: Conduct scheduled follow-up calls to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Data Management: Update customer details, log call outcomes, and maintain accurate records in the CRM software.
- Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) like dial counts, talk time, and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
