ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Video Editor who can turn raw footage, music, and live moments into engaging visual stories.

You will work across concerts, events, artists, social media, brand campaigns, promotional content, and digital platforms, creating everything from high-energy Reels and teasers to concert aftermovies and artist content.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of editing, music, rhythm, storytelling, transitions, pacing, and current digital video trends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Edit concert aftermovies, event recaps, artist videos, Reels, teasers, trailers, promotional videos, and branded content.
- Create high-energy, music-driven edits that capture the mood and experience of live events.
- Work with raw footage from concerts, events, artist shoots, backstage content, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Edit longer-form content when required.
- Sync visuals with music, beats, sound effects, and voiceovers.
- Create engaging transitions, effects, typography, subtitles, and motion elements.
- Handle footage organisation, file management, colour correction, basic sound correction, and final exports.
- Create multiple versions and aspect ratios of content for different platforms.
- Work closely with the creative, artist management, marketing, and events teams to understand the brief.
- Take ownership of edits from raw footage → first cut → revisions → final delivery.
- Work on quick-turnaround content, particularly around concerts, events, artist activities, and campaigns.
- Keep up with Reels trends, editing styles, transitions, music trends, and visual storytelling techniques.




- Bring creative editing ideas and suggest new ways to make content more engaging.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Experience in music, entertainment, events, concerts, artist management, advertising, or branded content is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other editing/motion tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, music, storytelling, transitions, and visual composition.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and platform requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Ability to work with large volumes of footage and manage files efficiently.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment and events environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work around events, concerts, shoots, and occasional extended hours when required.
