Job Description:

· Managed RM (Raw Material), PM (Packing Material), and FG (Finished Goods) inventory on a daily basis.

· Entered RM/PM material requirements into the inventory system as per production planning.

· Maintained accurate daily inward and outward entries of RM, PM, and FG stock.

· Updated and maintained BIN cards to ensure accurate stock tracking.

· Conducted physical stock verification and reconciled physical stock with BIN cards and ERP/system stock every 10 days.

· Investigated inventory variances and coordinated with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

· Prepared inventory reconciliation reports and maintained stock accuracy.

· Performed inventory stock valuation and generated monthly inventory reports.

· Monitored stock levels and ensured timely replenishment of materials.

· Coordinated with the Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for smooth material flow.

· Maintained FIFO/FEFO practices for proper inventory management.

· Verified material receipts against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

· Issued materials to production as per approved material requisition notes.





· Maintained proper documentation for all inventory transactions and stock movements.

· Monitored slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and submitted periodic reports.

· Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports for management.

· Ensured proper storage, identification, and labelling of materials in the warehouse.

· Assisted in internal and external inventory audits by providing accurate records and documentation.

· Ensured compliance with company inventory policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

· Worked with ERP/Inventory Management Systems to maintain accurate stock records.

· Supported month-end and year-end inventory closing activities with accurate stock reconciliation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
