Job Purpose

To generate new business, develop and maintain customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and promote the company's laundry, linen, and related services to hospitals, hotels, restaurants, institutions, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop leads through field visits, telephone calls, references, networking, and digital channels.
- Approach hospitals, hotels, restaurants, hostels, factories, institutions, and other potential customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements related to laundry, linen rental, washing, finishing, collection, and delivery services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues in coordination with the operations team.
- Conduct regular customer visits and obtain feedback.
- Identify opportunities for increasing business from existing customers.

3. Market Development

- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and competitors.
- Monitor competitor pricing, services, and market activities.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, customers, and key decision-makers.

4. Sales Administration

- Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Maintain records of quotations, follow-ups, contracts, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts,



and Customer Service teams for smooth execution of contracts.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments in coordination with the Accounts team.

5. Marketing Activities

- Promote company services through direct marketing, networking, exhibitions, meetings, and digital platforms.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings, business events, exhibitions, and industry networking activities.
- Support the management in developing sales and marketing strategies.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development.
- Experience in Laundry, Linen, Hospital, Hotel, Facility Management, Healthcare, or B2B services will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and basic CRM systems.
