Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Metallurgist to lead our laboratory operations. The role involves managing metallurgical testing, quality assurance, and process improvement, with a focus on supporting automotive and steel industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day‑to‑day lab operations and testing activities.
- Conduct metallurgical analysis, failure investigations, and material characterization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality protocols.
- Drive process improvements and support R&D; initiatives.
- Manage lab team, equipment calibration, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of metallurgical experience in auto or steel industry.
- Solid knowledge of material properties, heat treatment, and metallurgical testing methods.
- Proven ability to lead lab operations and manage teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
