Role Purpose: To handle day-to-day administration activities and provide operational support for statutory compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

Handle day-to-day office and facility administration.Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, pantry/cafeteria and other support services.Coordinate pest control, waste management and other facility services.Coordinate fire & safety maintenance, inspections, drills, signage and related records.Maintain first-aid supplies and emergency preparedness records.Maintain stationery, printing and office consumables.Maintain records of furniture, fixtures and office equipment.Maintain access card, key and lock records.Maintain administrative inventory and stock records.Maintain applicable statutory registers.Track stock receipts, issues, consumption, closing balance and refill.Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile records.Maintain proper storage and labelling of administrative stock.Coordinate background verification for security, housekeeping and administrative staff.Prepare monthly administration, inventory and consumption reports.Maintain organized digital and physical administrative records.

Statutory & Compliance

Prepare and maintain applicable monthly PF, ESIC, NATS and other statutory records,



returns and challans as applicable.Coordinate timely statutory payment, returns, renewals and registrations within timelines.Maintain the statutory compliance calendar and track due dates.Maintain records of inspections, notices, audit observations and corrective actions.Coordinate internal and external statutory/compliance audits and provide required documents.Track compliance gaps and pending actions through closure.Maintain digital and physical repository of returns, challans, licences, registers and compliance records.Prepare periodic statutory compliance MIS and status reports.

Experience: 3–8 years

Education: Graduate in any discipline (Specialization in HR, Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration is a big advantage).

Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, excellent record-management skills, and a solid understanding of Punjab-specific labour and employment requirements.

Attributes: High integrity, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹292,095.28 - ₹999,978.52 per year
