Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible F&B; Manager to oversee the Food & Beverage operations in a hospital/hotel environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food service operations, staff management, hygiene standards, inventory control, and customer/patient service.

Job Description

- Manage day-to-day F&B; operations, including patient food service, staff dining, cafeteria, and guest services.
- Supervise F&B; staff and ensure proper manpower deployment and shift management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other applicable food safety requirements.
- Monitor food production, portion control, wastage, and service quality.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stores, Purchase, Housekeeping, and Hospital/Hotel Management teams.
- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, and proper storage of food materials.
- Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, cold room, stores, dining areas, and service areas.
- Handle customer/patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and develop F&B; employees on service standards, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure proper documentation and records related to F&B; operations.

Required Skills

- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B; operations and food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and cost control.
- Ability to manage staff, shifts, and daily operations effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Catering Technology, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B; operations.
- Experience in a hospital, hotel, healthcare catering, or institutional catering environment will be an advantage.
