Job Summary

EPUB Solution Private Limited is looking for a qualified and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Payable

- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Assist with payroll processing and related compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns such as PF, ESI, and TDS.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and TDS requirements.
- Maintain and prepare necessary statutory documents.

Financial Reporting & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.




- Prepare financial reports and basic financial analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Ensure timely recording and updating of financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Master's degree or relevant qualification in Finance/Accounts or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and labour-law compliance.
- Solid problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage work efficiently.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
