Our flagship Café & Bar in Jibhi is designed to become more than a restaurant. It is a space where travellers, artists, musicians, locals, and storytellers connect.

We're looking for someone who can build this vision with us.

This role goes beyond restaurant operations. We are looking for an individual who can successfully wear multiple hats as a Restaurant Manager, Community Manager, Event Curator, and Culture Host, while building operational excellence from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Operations

- Lead and manage all front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Build and implement SOPs across service, hygiene, guest experience, opening & closing procedures, and daily operations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the restaurant team while fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality.
- Ensure exceptional guest service while delivering Firgun's "Home Away From Home" experience.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar to maintain smooth service.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, stock control, and wastage.
- Oversee POS operations, billing accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and operational discipline.
- Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and operational efficiency.




- Resolve guest concerns professionally and convert challenges into memorable experiences.

Community Building & Guest Engagement

- Build a welcoming community within Firgun Culture.
- Personally engage with guests and create meaningful conversations.
- Encourage interactions between solo travellers, creators, artists, musicians, and locals.
- Create an atmosphere where guests feel part of a community rather than simply customers.
- Represent Firgun's culture, philosophy, and values every day.

Events & Cultural Programming

- Curate and execute weekly and monthly community events.
- Plan live music nights, acoustic sessions, open mics, quiz nights, game nights, workshops, and cultural evenings.
- Build artist line-ups and coordinate with musicians, performers, creators, and facilitators.
- Manage complete event execution, including planning, logistics, staffing, promotions, and guest experience.
- Continuously introduce fresh event concepts that encourage repeat visits and strengthen Firgun's community.

Business Development

- Increase café revenue through innovative experiences and guest engagement.
- Build partnerships with artists, travel communities, local businesses, and creators.
- Develop recurring events that become signature Firgun experiences.
- Identify new revenue opportunities aligned with Firgun's vision.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing restaurants, cafés, bars,



or hospitality outlets.
- Proven experience in setting up or streamlining restaurant operations and SOPs.
- Experience in organizing events, live music, community gatherings, or cultural programming is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest relationship abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example during service.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Passion for hospitality, community building, storytelling, music, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
