About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern who has basic knowledge of video editing, Canva, and AI-powered editing tools.

You will work with our team to create short videos, reels, social media content, promotional videos, and other digital content.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media.
- Use Canva to create and edit videos, graphics, thumbnails, and social media creatives.
- Perform basic editing such as:
- Cutting and trimming clips
- Adding text and captions
- Adding music and sound effects
- Transitions and basic animations
- Adding images, B-roll, and overlays
- Use AI video and content creation tools to improve the editing workflow.
- Convert scripts or raw footage into engaging videos.
- Resize and export videos in different formats such as 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1.
- Make corrections based on feedback from the team.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, branding, and overall video style.
- Explore recent AI tools and editing techniques.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is a plus.




- Familiarity with AI tools for video editing/content creation.
- Basic understanding of captions, transitions, music, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions.

AI Tools

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Runway, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar tools is a plus.

You don't need to know all of these tools — basic knowledge and willingness to learn is enough.
