Position: Trainer

Location - Kochi

Experience - 1+ year experience as Trainer or similar position. Ready to travel across Kerala based on requirement.

Job description

- Experience in Financial Service Roles is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Additional certification in training is a plus

Language Skills English, Malayalam

Responsibilities Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

- Design training curriculum within time
- Produce physical and digital educational material
- Onboard new Hires to organization
- Handle Soft skill training to groom employees for higher responsibilities.




- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor objectives and results
- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses
- Report on impact of training programs
- Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum
- Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center.
- Work in cohesion with leadership in improving capability of organisation
- Travel to various regions based on company requirement.
- Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
