ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR INTERN

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Chenguvatty, Malappuram
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students and understand their educational and career interests
- Explain courses, course benefits, duration, and career opportunities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Assist in converting enquiries into admissions
- Maintain proper records of leads and follow-up
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any
- Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Willingness to learn counselling and admission processes
Immediate Joiners are preferred
