Bharat Agrolink is an agri-tech e-commerce marketplace based in Bhopal, connecting farmers, vendors and distributors through a one-stop agriculture marketplace. We offer a wide range of agricultural products including insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, bio-products, and pest control solutions.

Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and improve day-to-day business operations. The person will be responsible for managing order operations, vendor coordination, inventory and fulfilment, logistics coordination, team management and operational processes.

Candidates with an Agriculture or Agri-business background will be preferred, especially those who understand agricultural products, vendors, distributors and the agriculture market.





Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the company

Manage the complete order processing and fulfilment cycle from order confirmation to successful delivery

Coordinate with vendors and distributors for product availability, pricing, dispatch and order fulfilment

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors

Coordinate with current vendors for onboarding, documentation, product listing and operational requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
